Our current venue (The Stratford) is closing at the end of January, so we are looking for a new home. If you know of a place, then is the venue located in (preferrably) South or West St. Louis county? Can the indoor space accomodate up to 14 sets of cornhole boards and ~75-150 people one Saturday night per month? Does the venue have high, unobstructed ceilings for playing cornhole? There is an ALL-INCLUSVIE (which means all of your beer and soda and food is provided with your buy play fee) Feb. 25th tourney at the Upper Deck Sports Bar in South County at 6pm (on the upper level of the All American Sports Complex located behind Casa Gallardo). 11133 Lindbergh Business Ct. St. Louis, MO 63123. What are the payouts? Now, remember, food and drink is provided. With that said, IF we get 30 teams, then the payouts (before any side pot bets - see below) would be FOR THE HIGH BRACKET (COMPETITIVE) tourney $140 first place prize high and a future tourney free entry for 2nd place high (a $50 value). First place for the LOW BRACKET (SOCIALS) tourney will get a free entry for a future tourney (a $50 value). If we have 40 teams, then 2nd place high bracket team also gets a little cash (~$50 avg.) plus free play and 1st place team in the high gets ~$210 average (without side bet $$$ added). NOTE: The optional $10 per person side bet bonus pot for the high bracket players gets the payouts much higher which is strongly recommended. Details on what a "side bet pot" is here. The price is $250 for fundraisers and $300 for regular non-fundraiser tournaments (i.e. parties, company events, etc.). We have 14 sets of boards, 14 scoretowers, 112 bags, plus the know how to bracket your event. We set up, run, and tear down the entire cornhole area zone. We have the next Cornhole tournament booked at the National Horseshoe Pitchers Hall of Fame (NHPHOF) in Wentzville, MO for Saturday, March 10th (registration 10am, starts at 11am)! Click HERE for all of the details. Buy in is $15 per person ($30 per team) and the prize money payouts are ~55% of the take. The main tourney is a Double elimination and 50% payout, 50/30/20 for the main cornhole tournament. So, for example, if we got 30 teams, the payouts would be $225/$135/$90 per team. THE FIRST CONTESTANTS ELIMINATED ARE INVITED TO PLAY IN A FREE CONSOLATION TOURNAMENT. THERE WILL BE AN EIGHT PERSON CHANGING PARTNER ROUND-ROBIN. THAT WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER SEVEN SINGLE GAMES TO PLAY AND $15 TO THE 1ST PLACE WINNER. If the any of the eight would want to add an extra $5 for a side pot money paid out to the highest player of those who put in the $5, that would work for us. Details are starting to come in for a March 3rd tournament in Cottleville, MO at the Babylon. Noon registration and 1pm sharp start. $20 per person includes great appetizers and discounted drinks. Babylon payout will be around $200 1st place high bracket (competitive) and $50 1st place low bracket (socials) as it is a fundraiser. Weather Permitting, we have booked an outdoor cornhole tournament at Durham Park and Catering for March 24th at 12pm. This is a cash tournament with $1 beer and food specials. 50% of proceeds will benefit Backstoppers and the other 50% will be used for Cash Prizes. 3rd place will win their money back. Any left over prize money split 70% 1st place and 30% 2nd place. Tournament Cost is $20 a person / $40 a team; Tournament time is noon. This is at 3594 Carol Park Rd, House Springs, MO. It is located 10 miles from 270 and Gravois. Rodney will be running sand volleyball leagues and tournaments at this location, so in the future when he has an All Inclusive volleyball tournament he will also be running an All Inclusive Cornhole tournament. Weather Permitting, the 2nd annual Hennessy Cornhole tournament will be held in Deer Creek Park in Maplewood. Some of you may know it as the "Rocket Park"! It's sure to be a great time for kids and adults! Posted 21Dec11: Keep in mind that you can trade in your old resin filled bags for brand new resin filled bags and get a .50 cent per bag credit towards each individual resin bag traded in. If you trade in a full set of 8, then you can get a $5 credit.

Posted 14Nov11: If desired, we do have the capability to make resin filled, embroidered, 100% duck cloth bags. However, at this time they are very expensive at the pricing of $75 per 8 bags (+ shipping costs if needed) due to multiple manufacturing processes that we have to utilize to make this happen. There also would be about a 3 week lag time for completion of these high end bags.

Posted 31Jul11: We offer rentals for $25/set delivered and picked up within a 40 mile radius of South County. This includes the bags. We have 20 rental sets of boards, but can have more if needed if given enough notice. If you need scoretowers, then we can rent those for $5 each and have 14 of those for rental. If you need us to personally run the tournament, then for a flat $250 we will do so no matter how many boards, bags and scoretowers you need that we have on hand, and this includes delivery and pick up of all equipment.
